Mamangam's amazing trailer was released yesterday. The trailer crossed 2M views. The first trailer features Mammootty's dialogue and screams in a loud voice. Earlier, Mamangam's character poster, teaser, graphic teaser and making video received a huge audience response.
The film is set in the 16th and 17th centuries at Mamangam in Thirunavai on the banks of Bharathapuzha. The film was produced by a giant set which cost over Rs. 10 crores. Tons of bamboo, palm leaves, grasses, and coir have been used to recreate the period 300 years ago.
Unni Mukundan, Siddique, Tarun Arora, Sudev Nair, Manikandan, Suresh Krishna, Master Achuthan, Prachi Teh Lan, Anu Sithara, Kaniha and Iniya are the other stars. The film is produced by Venu Kunnappilli under the banner of Kavya Films. Directed by M Pathmakumar.
Music is by M Jayachandran. Shyam Kaushal is in conflict. The shooting has been completed in Kannur, Ottapalam, Kochi, Ernakulam and Vagamon. Apart from Malayalam, the movie is also being released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The movie will hit the theaters on November 21st.
